Alterra has high standards for their employees. The Sales rep Jesus as well as the Service Pros Taylor and Christian were professional, courteous, and respectful. Taylor and Christian were at my home this morning doing my initial application. They were both knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were very thorough with the actual application and the associated paperwork. I would recommend Alterra to friends and family.
