I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THEM ANY STARS BUT I HAD TO, THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE 100% REAL AND TRUE! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE THE OWNERS,FAMILY AND FRIENDS. NOT REAL ""CUSTOMERS""! \r THEY ARE OVER PRICED...LOOK ON EBAY FOR THE PROOF! THE STAFF(FAMILY OWNERS) HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT RC ITEMS AND HOW TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!THE STORE IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME! THE STORE IS DIRTY AND THE OWNERS AND FAMILY THAT RUN IT ARE ALSO DIRTY! RUSSELL(SON) IT A FAT SLOP THAT EATS JUNK ALL DAY! JERRY JR.(SON) IS A POT HEAD! THE REASON I KNOW THIS IS AFTER LOOSING MY PARTS! HE WAS OUTSIDE THE STORE SMOKING A JOINT AND OFFERED IT TO ME! MOM BOUGHT THESE CLOWNS A STORE! SHE AND JERRY SR. MUST BE VERY PROUD!!! WHITE TRASH FAMILY! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE COUSTOMERS! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY COME AS WELL AS UNEDUCATED! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THEIR MOM WASN'T DUMPING MONEY INTO THE STORE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE YEARS AGO! ALL I KNOW IS THEY ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT MUCH LONGER AND I HOPE THAT MORE PEOPLE LOOK ON HERE AND GET THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE BEFORE GOING TO THIS HELL HOLE! NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED A NEW RC, WORK DONE,PARTS PAINT ETC. STAY WAY. IT WILL TAKE LONGER THEN THEY TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU WITH A UPDATE. THEY WILL LOOSE ANYTHING YOU GIVE THEM! THEY WILL TREAT YOU AS THOUGH YOU ARE THE ONE THAT DID SOMETHING WRONG. THEY WILL NOT PAINT ANYTHING EVEN GOOD, FORGET PERFECT! BOTTEM LINE THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS TO SHUT THESE CLOWNS DOWN.
