What is so great about this place?\r

1) It's not a hole-in-the-wall as a lot of the places in Queens have \r
been that I had encountered previously.\r
\r
2) Service is great and they are right on time!\r
\r
3) The stylist will do 'what you want', offer you something to drink or eat AND get you a magazine. This may not sound like much, but when it comes to Customer Service, this place definitely does not fall short.\r

Growing up in Manhattan, where the competition is fierce and the expectation level or service is usually much higher, I find that Spectrym emulates some of the trendiest salons in the City. They know the latest hairstyles and chemical processes and their hip young staff can accommodate the young and old alike.\r

DEFINITELY TWO THUMBS UP!!!
Cons: There is municipal parking along Austin Street, but it's hard to get during the busy times.
