I just tried to make an appointment for a single process hair color. The guy who answered the phone couldn't give me any prices, didn't ask a single question (do you have grey? how long is your hair?, etc), and couldn't even tell me if they have any specials (which I know they do because I have seen it in the salon window which is right in front of the reception desk). If a salon can't even be professional on the phone with a new client - I'm too scared of the service I would get! They are getting 1 star because I can't get them ZERO which is what they deserve
