This place is not even worth one start...I made an appointment on 4/8 for 6pm for color and a haircut. I got there early and its a good thing because the receptionist did not write the appoinment correctly. I told the stylist all I wanted was the grays out of my dark brown hair and basically she put blond in the color so not only did it not take the color but now my gray was another shade and there was blond in my dark brown hair. I was visably upset but before the towel was off my hair the receptionist was asking me to pay because they closed at 7. I should have left then. I then proceeded to get my hair cut and then because at this point they were closing up after the cut the stylist did not fully dry my hair so I left with the back of my head still wet. I am horrified. Not only was the service absolutely terrible but I paid top dollar to leave in tears. I would never return to have this horrific experience again and I would reccommend that no one go there. It is not worth it. Should the owner of this shop want to speak with me she should leave a note on this site with her contact information and I would gladly speak with her.
