in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

In answer to the reviews that were not satisfactory to a few of our clients. We pride ourselves in our Professionalism and talent and quality of our work and service. There may be a time that the cost of the service may be a little too expensive for a client but we always quote the price of a wedding or color before the service is offered so the client can make a decision. Or we have days that we have discounted prices or offer coupons. Our reputation with our clients is one of excellence. Whenever our clients walk in the door they are greeted with a warm reception and professional attitude and are taken care of in a manner that we pride ourselves in. We would never tolerate a client not being taken care of in a professional and timely manner. If at any time our client is not happy with our service we will fix the problem immediately. We are told that you cant make everyone happy but we stand behind doing just that.
