K & N Carpet has done a marvelous job for us. Todd's brother's workmanship installing the carpet was really, really good. We have had carpet come in from different places, and the quality that K & N delivered was very good. I think that they are the top.
We had shopped for different places, but we don't shop anywhere else anymore because we know their quality. When we put in wood floor we went to them right away, because they had put in stuff for us before, and they always do a marvelous job. When I am going to have to look at a room for the rest of my life, I am willing to pay more and get the job I want. If you care about what the job looks like and want to get a good job, then use K & N. They do an excellent job.
We have dealt with them going back to the 1970s. They are upfront and give their customers what they want. They don't hide anything. They will tell you if a carpet or floor will wear quicker, dent easier, or stay cold. They explain things so that the customer knows what they are getting into. They are a very reliable company.
