I do not recommend this service. I was promised a special rate and a truck for my move. When the movers showed up the day of the move, they were in a pickup truck pulling a beat up trailer that was not clean on the inside. They presented the contract to me and it did not have the correct rate that was promised in the initial estimate. I told the movers that I could not sign the contract until I spoke with the manager. The movers proceeded to start loading the trailer even though I had not signed the contract. After a few calls, I finally got the manager on the line. He was not happy with me calling him to verify the rate that was promised in the estimate and did not budge off the rate on the contract even though it was not what was promised to me. I was stuck.
