I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! I KNOW SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED THERE. THEY WERE WORKING OVER AT A PLANT IN TYLER TX. ""DELEK""WHEN HE WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE LAYED OFF WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. WELL HIS WIFE WAS PREGNANT WITH THEIR BABY AND HE DIDNT WANT TO BE OUT OF WORK SO HE WENT TO GO TO WORK AT ANOTHER ELECTRICAL COMPANY THAT WAS WORKING OUT AT THE SAME PLANT INSCO WAS. HE WENT OUT TO THE PLANT FOR HIS FIRST DAY ON THE JOB WITH THIS NEW COMPANY AND THE PLANT SECURITY WOULD'NT LET HIM IN. THE SUPERVISOR FOR INSCO MADE UP A STORY TO KEEP MY FRIEND FROM GETTING IN THE PLANT. THE INSCO SUPERVISOR HAD A FRIEND IN SECURITY AT DELEK AND TOLD HIM MY FRIEND HAD BEEN STEALING. INSCO DONE THIS JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE MAD HE HAD QUIT AND WENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY. MY FRIEND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD VIDEO PROOF OR WITNESSES AND EVEN OFFERED TO LET HIM SEARCH HIS TRUCK AND BELONGINGS BUT THATS AS FAR AS IT WENT. HE ALSO TOLD ME INSCO WOULD OVER CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS. CHARGING FOR JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS WHEN THEY WERE JUST APPRECTICES. AND ADDING HOURS AT FALSE MATERIAL TO THEIR BILLING STATEMENTS. SO I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. EVEN IF IT MEANT CALLING SOMEONE OUT OF DALLAS TO DO MY WORK. MAKE THE DECISION FOR YOURSELF BUT PLEASE BEWARE!
