I was astounded at how simple and quick the process was to obtain a passport for my infant son through Rush My Passport. James Rosier, our Case Manager was fantastic! His service level was beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time. He understood the process and assisted us through every step. James' commitment to the customer and overall follow through was fantastic. This is the only way to go to obtain a passport! \r
