I am a 34 year old Hispanic female who is living with Fibromyalgia. On April 21, 2010 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in which I named Genesis. After healing from having Genesis I began to experience changes in my body, changes in which I thought were due to my pregnancy. After following a strict diet and doing daily exercises I noticed that the pain in my body began to increase, I was irritable, anxious, felt chronic pain all over my body, felt depressed and most importantly did not have any control over my body. After attempting to heal my body with home remedies I realized that I needed professional help. \r Between the dates of November 2010 through August 2011 I began to see various doctors in which led me to have a colonoscopy, endoscopy, allergy testing, and multiple visits to the lab office for blood work. I dealt with multiple doctors and felt as if I was being treated like a guinea pig. I was prescribed all kinds of medications that made me feel numb and unfocused and most importantly did not help with my symptoms. \r \r On August 2011 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I have been dealing with Fibromyalgia for over a year now, I have tried everything, massages, physical therapy and even began to see a chiropractor, and the problem did not go away. \r After doing research I came through Dr. Holly’s website. I met with Dr. Holly and she recommended a 21 day detox program and acupuncture. After following a very intensive program I saw a significant difference in my body in just 5 weeks. I still struggle with minor aches and pains but nothing like what I was dealing with for over a year ago. After the 21 day detox program, improvements commenced in my body, such as feeling less irritable, being in a good mood, having energy in the morning, less stiffness in my body, no headaches, I am able walk up and down the stairs, I can be mobile in my home with chores and I am a more active parent to my child. I am looking forward to see the progress of my body, self esteem and confidence. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Dr. Holly for giving hope to live a productive and healthy life! \r \r
