I am very impressed with Solar Bear. I needed someone to come out to my rental property to check over my not working heating system for my renter. They were the second company I called. The first company told me I needed a complete new central heating and a/c system. Yes, the system is old, but they just didn't give me confidence about their inspection. I wanted a second opinion and called Solar Bear. They were out within an hour and up on the roof. They found some loose wires in the system, that they assume, had not been put back together by the first company's inspection! They attached the wires, checked the system at the thermostat, and called me with complete info on what they found. The system is now working and I will not hesitate to call Solar Bear in the future for A/C needs for my rentals and my own home. -- Kathleen Labreden\r
