Review content:
We had Jonathan Mitchell and Garden State roofing come out to do two flat roofs on our home last July. We were very impressed that they came out to do the work on some of the hottest days of the year because they wanted to get it done before the holiday. Then, with the first rain, we had leaks that we never had before in both roofs. I contacted Jonathan who was very reassuring. To make a long story short, they came back 4 times over the summer and fall and it got worse and worse. We had an inspection by two other companies who showed us everything that was done shoddily. In one area, the roof is not even attached and you can lift it up. We discovered that, in an area where new plywood was to be installed, it never was. Yet we were charged for additional plywood. We had one more meeting with Jonathan in January and went over everything that was wrong and again he asked for one more chance. Of course it was too cold to do the work and he said that as soon as we had several days of 50 or above, he would be here to make it right. So, we lost the use of our family room since July, no holidays in there, no parties, no family gatherings... it is now mid- April and Jonathan does not return calls, emails or texts. It has been a nightmare! I We could not be more disappointed. Stay away!!
