Businiess name:  Ryer Martial Arts Academy

Review content:
I have been attending the adult martial arts class for about a year now and wish I had started sooner. The class develops practical self-defense skills as well as physical and mental conditioning that help in almost any aspect of everyday life. I find myself more confident and more able to meet challenges than a year ago.\r \r The instruction is top-notch and the instructors genuinely care about each student's individual progression both in terms of self-defense and development as a martial artist.\r \r I have also had the chance to observe some of the kids karate classes and would recommend them to any parent. The kids learn respect (for themselves and others,) discipline and self-confidence in addition to physical conditioning and self-defense.\r \r There is no better investment you can make in terms of physical conditioning, mental well-being and character building for anyone, of any age. Pros: small, personal classes, variety of programs to fit lots of different needs
