Review content:
Duxler truly is a family-oriented business, one that treats their customers like their very own. When my 18 year old son was getting ready to drive across the country to college, we brought his car in to for an ""all-out checkup and tune up"" before his trip. When we dropped off the car, nervous mom and her son explained the purpose of the tune-up to the manager. When the car was ready to be picked up, the manager requested that my son be available to pick up the car himself, and that we leave a little extra time. We came to pick up the car with plenty of time; the mechanic took my son to the car, opened the hood, and proceeded to give him a lesson on checking the fluids himself. He then handed my son his business card, and told him that if he ran into any trouble with the car anywhere in the country, he could call; the mechanic offered to speak with any other service person to ensure that my son would receive honest service. Duxler's effort to take some extra time and to truly ""go the extra mile"" made both mother and son feel comfortable about the road trip, and has earned Duxler true customer loyalty.
