I've been seeing Dr. Vega since 2008 and she has been consistently responsive to my hearing needs. She is extremely competent and up to date with the technology. Dr. Vega reviewed with me the many types of hearing aids available and I was able to, with her assistance, select the one that works for me given my levels of hearing loss. In reviewing those elements of a hearing aid that I would need, such as removing wind and background noises, and more importantly assisting with the clarity of certain sounds within words. She provided me with excellent hearing aids which have made my world more understandable.
Ascent Audiology represent a fine example of an efficient and effective hearing clinic that was responsive to my needs. Dr. Vega is a very pleasant individual to work with. She is very understanding of individuals experiencing hearing loss and is very patient with those of us not willing to admit our hearing deficiencies. Overall, the experience has been a pleasant trip down a road in a beautiful meadow where before it was a cloudy rainy day. Dr. Vega made things possible with my hearing that I couldn't experience before. I'm living in a retirement community. I probably have five or so other acquaintances who have been seeing her too and I know that they would say the same.
