Prime Property Inspections was very professional, very helpful, and very thorough. They did an excellent job showing us every little thing that was wrong with the house, and then put it all in layman's terms so that my husband and I could understand it. They made us feel comfortable and well-informed when making all the important decisions before buying.
They took lots of pictures, which they included in the home inspection report, and sent everything in an email the same day. They must have worked on it all afternoon, and it was great that we got to get to the next step so quickly and move on to finalize the buying process. The only thing we had to wait on was the radon report, which normally takes about three days, and they somehow got the results for that right away as well.
We first heard about Prime Property Inspections through our realtor. Our realtor had worked with them before and had lots of good things to say, so it made our decision easy. The 25 dollar off coupon made it even easier.
