Review content:
This company was used by Best Buy to install an over the range microwave recently. \r
\r
The employees were very unprofessional and rude, and caused damage to our brand new custom kitchen cabinets. \r
\r
First the guys showed up to fit a microwave, in a space perfectly sized for it to fit - but he insisted he needed a tape measure, which would require a 90 minute round-trip back to the shop. I suggested a 10 minute trip to lowes / home depot instead - he just laughed and drove off. \r
\r
Then they came back to the house - but instead of knocking on the door like a polite, professional service person should, they just walked straight in - unannounced. No ""Hey, we're back"" as a courtesy - just walked right in. \r
\r
Then, the final straw was the botch job and damage they caused to our cabinets, we hadn't even moved in to the house at this point - so that just added insult to injury. \r
\r
I suggest best buy no longer use such unprofessional services which only hurt their brand - and I am currently filing a damage claim against them. \r
\r
AVOID.
