I was tired of getting really high heating bills. I met the owner from BC Express at a Trade Show and we started talking about it. I never felt pressured. He told me all about the new heat pump system and the Energy Star Program. I was extremely impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable he is. Actually, his entire crew is like that. Everyone was very concerned that I have exactly what I wanted.
I also appreciate how they fill out all the paperwork for their customers, which was really great. They really make the process nice and easy. I should have done this years ago!
