July 11, 2011, Arco rep showed up to diagnosis Air Conditioning system. I feel he had very snobby attitude like he was too good to work on my old system. He said it was shot and could not be fixed. He charged $85 for diagnostic, but added $40 for check system (which should be included in diagnostic). The next day I called another HVAC company who came out and said it was only the capacitor and would only cost $270 to fix. They charged $75 for their diagnostic. Therefore, Arco's diagnostic was not only overcharged, but also incorrect. I've called them several times to refund the $40 overcgarged, willing to pay for the incorrect diagnosis. I've left messages, but no one will call me back. I've tried my best to work with them, but they apparently do not care.
