With Les from Complete Roofing, I know he'll always come through 200 percent! I think I first found him in the Yellow Pages about two years ago and he's been working on roofs for me ever since!
We had just purchased a new property with a flat roof and it was leaking. I called him and he came out. He did some repairs and told me that if it leaked anymore, to give him a call and he'd be right back out to fix them. It leaked so I called him and he came right back like he said he would. He repaired it again, and it stayed for the time until winter was done. Then he came back to do the major repairs. He put a sealant on the entire roof, and it has worked out fine since.
Shortly after all that, our daughter's house went through a similar issue and she used Les too. He's always good for his word, and over the years, we've really grown to like him a lot. He has also re-roofed my mother's four-plex and put a new roof on our duplex. We can rely on him to do a good job and he gets it done. He's courteous and honest. Roofs are tricky business, and I don't have to question his work at all.
