I came in asking to be blond... and left a redhead. Furthermore, I was failed to be informed that the back of my head had over an inch of completely blond hair along the roots. I didn't find this out until later when I had my hair done at a respectable salon across town. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror and realized what was going on in the back of my head..... Then I realized why the girls at Nesbit were snickering to themselves as they were blowing out my hair. Tip... if you're going to laugh at how bad you screw up a client's hair... at least go into a back room! Because we can see you in the mirrors.\r
