Review content:
When you charge $60 for a pedicure I expect the pedicure to be fantastic and the spa and experience itself to be very very nice. Nesbit is not a very very nice spa. Whenever I call I am put on and off hold for 5 minutes. I've lived in Richmond area for a long time and Nesbit has gotten progressively worse and more expensive. I need to let my family know not to buy me gift certificates here anymore but its a name that is stuck in their heads for bday Christmas gift. Love the gift NOT the spa. There are a few in Carytown that are superior and not so OVERPRICED. Must say one thing positive- the spa seems to be clean which is always a plus.
