The absolute worst Doctor visit ever. I waited at the desk three minutes while five women sitting at the desk finished their conversation. Then because I didnt have my insurance card..I would have to reschedule an appointment two weeks from the date, until one girl stepped in and said no one is here..we have time to just call Eyemed..Considering they would be getting paid almost $500 from my insurance company...The older lady is the most rudest...She was soo upset that someone helped me....I almost felt like she was trying to personally attack me. I never one to through the race card but this time Im throwing far at Desoto Eye Care. When I got ready to see the Doctor, I told him and he was very apologetic about it. He even went said something to the old hag...Sorry Im upset. I have never wrote a review about any company...BUT STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And besides the customer service...Its been a Whole month and I have not got my glasses back!!!! Beware!!!STAY AWAY..ILL NEVER GO BACK\r
