Review content:
Even though we have a gas company here who we could use, and have used before, it's great knowing that Owens Companies is here for me when I need them. I am able to get them here and working on the HVAC issue right away, whereas with the gas company, you never know when they'll be out to fix it.
Owens gets on it promptly, they look for the most efficient and least costly solution to the problem. For instance, when the technician was out here last, he worked on the problem in the pouring rain. Instead of just suggesting a whole new unit, he was able to affirmatively fix the issue. He told me to make sure it was working, and to let him know if it stopped working. It's been working great since then! I'll definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them to anybody!
