I can highly recommend Owens Companies from both a home and building owner standpoint. About five or so years ago, my wife and I decided to redo our house. We found that we had a huge mechanical problem where the heat and AC weren't reaching into the new footage we were adding on. I did a lot of research and the only company I could find with positive reviews and results was Owens Companies. They had recently gotten into the home arena and their industrial and union people were able to come into our home environment and work without any issues. We had great results.
I was a little familiar with Owens from the commercial work they did. They did much of the heat and AC for the hospitals and offices I was in. Unfortunately, when my partner and I bought a business, we also inherited one of their competitors. It took me about eight months to get rid of them and to get Owens in, and everything has been running 100 percent better. My staff is happier and I'm happier. As a landlord, I deal with all the complaints too, so they were a big help in the maintenance and keeping everything running efficiently and professionally.
A big deal for me, is that Owens Companies stand behind everything they do. They will keep working at it until they get it right. They're not just following the bid like most contractors, they will fine tune something to the customer's complete and total satisfaction.
