Forget about service at this location. We were prepared to spend over $2000,00 on a patio project but it seems nobody wanted to help us. As I waited for my wife to arrive nobody offered any assistance even though several emplyees passed by. Once my wife arrived we looked for someone to assist us but only found one person, who was assisting a woman who obviously thought he was her personal gardner. She was finally done with him and he just went off, not even offering us any help. We asked the cashier and he mumbled for us to find the guy that just walked off, then took off inside (break was more important I suppose) I asked the replacement cashier who asked another guy, who said he was too busy helping someone else. By then we'd had enough. Sorry Lowe's. That's $2000 (and probably even more) you won't be getting from us.
