Review content:
A fried recommended Smith's. They got me in right away, checked what I had said I thought the problem was (one particular tire). Come to find out three of my tires had problems. They're expensive tires and I was worried about replacing them. They fixed all three, and corrected improper repairs from the previous owner. They kept me informed the whole time about the cost of time and money, and were extremely pleasant to chat with in the waiting room. They all know what they're talking about and the cost was, I believe, significantly less than any other shop would have charged. It's refreshing to go to an automotive shop where they are not trying to upsell unnecessary parts or work that does not need to be done. I appreciate their willingness to work with payment to make sure they don't break a customer like myself (part-time employed, broke college student) with repairs, but still do the work that needs to be done. I'm going to Smith's from now on.
