Review content:
Totally Botched Move. They shattered a mirror from an antique bedroom set and a matched formal dining room chair. They put a hose reel on top of other boxes which leaked water down. We told them 2 trucks would not be enough but were reassured that they could get another quickly. I arrived home to find 5 hourly workers sitting around waiting for another truck to be rented and arrive in Friday traffic. Workers are VERY clear about the tip protocol. Move in was SATURDAY and the 3rd truck never arrived, nobody called. We finally called them and found out they had unloaded the truck at their facility and thought they would deliver it THURSDAY. Its TUESDAY now and not here yet. We cancelled our check to get proper management prioritization. Total monetary amnesia -- don't pay them until you get everything. Now we see if they can act professionally about the insurance claim. If you don't care about your possessions arriving on time or in good shape or at all, these are definitely the guys for you.
