So i am commenting on truly a nightmare and wish I had seen this before I ordered. Yes it is true that the manufacturer will give the consumer the information about the order. I just called today to Albany and found out that my order has not been shipped for the very same reason. It is not paid for so what happened to my money????? I have been waiting and calling while there representative Rebecca has told me she is working with the manufacturer to get a ship date. Today I took matters into my own hands by calling the manufacturer after speaking with Rebecca. SUre enough my order hasn't been shipped because after I paid for it in full upon ordering it Dinette Gallery didn't pay Albany. Be smart and don't order from here.
