Review content:
We got a floor sample of a sofa that we were told multiple times that it works it was just the floor sample. After traveling 4hrs with it to get it unwraped we find that it doesn't work! So called and talked to Sheila the sales lady we had who in return passed the buck to Tony. Well he got in touch with the company to get another part. Ended up it was not the right one so still waiting after sending pictures and emails. So called on 11/18/11 to find out if Sheila or Tony could call me back but Sue who I left the message with called back my cell number (not my home # I left) she left a message to the fact that it is a floor sample and it is what it is and you get what you get. ( I find out later that this Sue is the owner. She didn't even what to know what this was all about ) I am so upset by this time that I call back that night and get Sheila, who states that she will speak with Tony and will call me back tomarrow. So Today still no call and its 5pm so I call. I speak with Tony who still states he is waiting on the company to get back with him he doesn't know what to tell me!! (those are his words ""I don't know what to tell you"" So next month on 12/22/11 it will be 1year and this sofa still doesn't work on both sides.( One side works b/c my husband got an adaptor and was able to fix it but the other side we are still waiting on a wire that they can't seem to get yet??) I just want to say Thank you to Sheila, Tony and the Biggest Thank YOU to SUE the ""OWNER"" I now know what kind of ""Owner"" she is!!! $640.45 for a sofa that shoud vibrae but.......still waiting!!
