What a colossal waste of time. How can one justify spending well over two hours in an optical office? \r \r I've worn contacts since the 5th grade, and I'm now an adult...no exam has ever encompassed such a vast quantity of my valuable time. After filtering in many patients in between my seperate exam portions rather than just finishing out each patient's visit completely and seperately....it seems that I was forgotten. Or perhaps my time just wasn't as valuable as those bringing in hoardes of screaming children? Who knows. \r \r Additionally, after attempting to order contacts online, my order was summarily rejected by the office. They did not bother to contact me about the issue in any way. After I left a voicemail on their machine, I received ZERO contact from them for two weeks. Finally I called back, incensed, only to find out that the kindly doctor had left a note on my file regarding the issue. Thanks for letting me know personally, doc. \r \r An absolute Mickey Mouse Operation. If you can't handle how large your business has become, take fewer appointments, hire more people.... do something other than the current status quo.
