I have not received the same as the other reviews. I went to Michelle and she did low and highlights on my hair. She did not go over hair color, had the color already mixed before I showed up. The 2 colors she picked makes my hair look peppered gray, which I don't have gray in my hair. My hair has been a frizzed out mess since, seems to be over processed. I spoke to her about it and she said it wasn't anything she did. Bad, bad customer service. Hasn't asked for me to come in and look at it. Told me I could come in and buy some conditioner from her, so I can come in and spend more money? \r

She sold the salon and obviously doesn't care anymore about her service. I have another appointment at another salon today to see if they can repair my hair. Will not be returning here or recommending. Even people at work are getting a good chuckle off my rats nest I have been sporting.
