Review content:
The two prior reviews really surprised me. I have to say I have been a MacForce customers for a couple years now. Their staff is the most knowledgeable and helpful in Portland. Hands down. I have never had a bad experience there. They offer a bunch of great seminars throughout the week that are free, and their classes are the best. Never too technical or dumbed down, and I have always left feeling more empowered and understanding how to get even more out of my Mac. Their user groups are pretty awesome too.\r \r I have had a few things in the service department there. And I look at it like this. If you want it properly diagnosed, repaired and returned right the very first time, MacForce is the place. Business is about relationships, and the folks at MacForce get that. I have found the service department turnaround time to be on par with the other folks in town. It is the service you receive that will have you coming back as a repeat customer. I cannot believe some of the horror stories I have heard about some of the places that friends of mine have taken their Macs to.\r \r The super cool thing about the MacForce service department is that they can provide a rental machine for you to use while your machine is being worked on. So you do not have to be without a computer, you can keep working! So, I'm not sure about the review above. I usually don't fill these things out, but I believe that people should know that most people probably have a great experience at MacForce. \r \r Besides they support so many awesome things around town and really have built a cool community for a lot of people in and around Portland. Keep shopping local!!
