Businiess name:  Macforce

Review content:
MacForce has the best prices around compared to other local resellers and the Apple stores - at a COST in more ways than one. We've spent SEVERAL thousand dollars over just a couple of years with them. They have good ""garage sales,"" and they have a buyers loyalty membership. And it seems that so long as you're spending money with them, they're helpful and friendly, but that's about where their loyalty stops with you. If there's a discrepancy in communication they'll blame you rather than take responsibility for their part. Get things ""in writing"" AT the time you speak with anyone, or you could possibly regret it later. They use to make us believe they wanted to work things out if there was a problem. With (another) recent situation we're now convinced they would rather - ""ream you out,"" rather than... ""work it out."" We would disagree that ""the customer is always right."" However, customers are your business. You don't ask your customer to have a discussion to work out an issue, as we were asked, only to turn it into an opportunity to barrage and blame the customer for 25 minutes. YES, this happened to us from one of the managers! We will shop at MacForce again for the prices, but we have no fantasies of receiving customer service beyond the ""norm."" If you want ""above and beyond"" customer service - you won't find it here. They are only interested in your dollar, and that's because they're a bottom line business, and that's just the reality of business. Subsequently, although we were going to make our purchase because their good pricing (a $3000 purchase) we chose not to for the sole reason of how poorly and disrespectfully we were treated. You just don't treat your paying customers like crap, no matter how wrong they might be. (period) So... if you do find yourself at Macforce for their good pricing - ask yourself: at WHAT cost do you want to pay for a good price. It may turn out to be more expensive than the worth!! Would normally give more starts, but for this experience we would give MINUS starts, but can only give one. Pros: Good prices, ""garage sales"" too Cons: good prices at a cost of service
