Review content:
Please do not rent from ATM. They are slumlords. I had a leaky ceiling+window for three years that was painted over repeatedly without being permanently fixed. Needless to say the leak kept coming back. Be warned: they will NOT return your security deposit when you leave. They will ignore your repeated requests to repair any problems to your apartment. The rent is too high. If you complain they find a way to retaliate against you. The billing department is negligent. I could go on and on. Please do not rent with them. I did and ended up taking them to court. Also be warned that you have to get a really good attorney because word is ATM is in the habit of paying off lawyers.
