I purchased a pre-paid visa card from cvs that is called greendot. I bought this to pay my bills online, well when i went to activate the card, i put in all my information, then they sent me to a customer service representative and she told me that they denied me and she couldnt tell me why, that they would send me my money back in the mail within 7-10 business days, well this really makes me mad for one because on the package the card came in, it says NO CREDIT CHECKS, so if there is no credit checks, then how the heck can they deny me?? I work at a job that is $7.00 an hour and i have a 3 year old little girl, i dont have the time or money to waste while people are out taking advantage of everyone. Thats ok because i contacted the bbb and they will get charged with fraud. Sick and tired of people over seas taking advantage of everyone.
