I used Allstar Moving about a month ago and finally have time to write a review. I chose them based on recommendations from the building I was moving to and on others reviews. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I called in for a quote and someone answered right away (I don't remember his name). We went through a few questions and he gave me pricing on my move from Collierville to Downtown. The quote was very fair and he let me know what to expect and what to have done on the day of the move. Basically, make sure you have everything packed and ready to go. Should be common sense right?\r

On the day of the move, the movers arrived about 10 mins early. I was moving from a 3 story town home to a 2 bedroom high-rise in Downtown. Because of the number of stairs and the elevators in DT, they sent 3 guys. All were polite and were easy to deal with. I went through the paperwork with one and the other two were already started. They had the home packed very quickly and were headed downtown. They followed all of the requirements of the building I was moving into and had the truck unloaded as quickly as they had loaded. \r

All of my boxes were labeled and ended up in the correct locations. With furniture and other items that weren't labeled, they would ask where to put them as they brought them in. \r

Nothing was broken or damage, they were done in less time than quoted, and they made my life so much easier. What would have been an entire day moving was 3 painless hours, leaving the rest of the day to unpack.
