Jim Coleman was very gracious about showing us everything that he had, and what was available to us as far as pricing. The people he had to install the flooring were great. They were very professional. We had picked one type of flooring but it wasn't available, so Jim showed us another one and I ended up liking the one he showed us much more. It is absolutely gorgeous. The flooring is so quiet in here. I had a friend come over who is building a home, and she said someone else she knows got hardwood flooring done and hers is so noisy whenever you walk around. I am so happy ours is not. The fellows that put in the floor even cleaned it before they left. No garbage or pieces of wood were left around. I've never been as happy with any other company as I was with Sunn Carpets.
