This place has the worst service department ever!!! My vehicle has been there twice now for the same problem, my transmission ""snaps"" into place when the vehicle is slowing down, it lags and drags when shifting gears and the air conditioner is making a very obvious noise. The first time I had my vehicle there I was told they could not duplicate the problems with the transmission but they were going to hook my transmission up to their computer system and do a software update on the transmission. (I knew that was b.s) When I went to pick my car up I noticed within a couple of days the transmission was even worse than it was when I dropped the car off the first time! And it used twice the fuel. I just picked my car up from the service department a second time and once again, they are unable to duplicate the issues with the transmission and the a/c however, I get two blocks from Dodge and already the transmission is snapping and popping into place. While I was in the process of picking up my vehicle this second time I had the service manager walk over to me and tell me he tried to call me twenty minutes ago and I advised him that he was lying (again) because my phone had not received any calls. When I told him that my car still had not been fixed and that the gas mileage was cut in half by what ever had been done to the car the first time I had taken it in, he said that wasn't possible since they hadn't done anything to my car the first time I took it in. I said aha, you have just admitted to me that nothing has been done to try and resolve the problem I am having with my transmission. This whole time I thought that they were at least trying to figure out what is wrong with my transmission and instead they have only been lying to me the whole time.
