DO NOT Trade Vehicles with Carl Gregory Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Johnson City, TN. I went in to trade cars and they gave me a $4,000.00 Rebate on the new car Chrysler 200 that I purchased. When I get home, guess what I see, a Commercial on TV Stating That THEY WILL Give us $8,000.00 REBATE to Purchase a New Car. Well, since I didn't get this deal that was advertised on National TV, I called them back to see if they were going to honor the $8,000.00 Rebate and they told me no and DID NOT HAVE A GOOD REASON For Telling me NO. I fussed with them and you know what else, they had me BACKDATE every one of the forms I signed to May 18th because they HAVE TO SELL SO MANY CHRYSLERS BEFORE the 18th of the Month. Please, GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR PURCHASE, You will NOT BE TREATED RIGHT at CARL GREGORY & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR Commericials. Please don't shop at Carl Gregory, I wouldn't even wish them off on my Worst Enemy!!!!
