Our 5 year old fridge stopped working a Wednesday morning. We called them and were suggested to unplug the fridge for 4-6 hours as it is somewhat common that condensation clogs the ducts that allow cool air circulation between the freezer (still working) and the fridge (warm). When this did not work, we found ourselves in a bit of a hurry to book a repair person to fix our fridge. We called them again and booked an appointment for their very first available spot, Thursday evening. When they asked us if we had alternate arrangements to keep our food and we confirmed that we then arranged a same-day late-evening home call. They were fully reliable, showed up on time, properly diagnosed the problem, and came back the very next day with the piece and fixed our fridge. We are grateful to Emerald City Appliance Repair for their impressively and prompt service.
