When using carpet cleaning services in the past, I have always felt a little ripped off by "up-selling" to extra cost services when they are at my house, and by a somewhat superficial attitude regarding the actual work and results.
Nick from Ecosafe was on time for the estimate, and to do the work. He is neat, clean, professional and diligent. He took his time, and did a great job...with NO up-selling.
I unconditionally recommend Ecosafe.
