I can't rave enough about James and his lovely, genuine, and kind staff. If you're new to the area, I would definitely recommend them. I have been insured with him since the early 80's when he began his agency. This staff is phenomenal. When you walk in, you literally feel like family, nothing but love and laughs, and if you need help with something outside of business, they're always willing and ready to help you out as much as possible. They treat everyone with the utmost level of respect and the only angry customer's I've ran into are those that just can't seem to pay their bills on time (even after they've exhausted the grace period).lol And even then, they try to work with you. I was involved in a serious car accident and they were sure to see to it that my claim was carefully investigated and that the decision was fair and my claim was resolved efficiently. Their door is always open to you whether it be for business or personal. The number of plaques in his office not only supports his exceptional business standards, but also his value of customers and establishing relationships. You couldn't ask for a better agent and I would strongly recommend him.
