I've used them for two projects. One was for a client of mine and one was for my own home. For my client, they included a backup generator, but they didn't really know how to tie that in with their solar system. We didn't know that would be a problem until after the installation. Other than that, they were very knowledgeable and thorough, and did what the contract said. They followed through properly, and have been very responsive on follow-up.
For my own home, I was very pleased with everything. The experience with the sales person, Mark, was good. Rick was also very knowledgeable, and sized our system properly. The installation of it was great. The electricians they had doing the installation were very professional and they accommodated my design idea as an alternate to their own, which I appreciated. The performance of the system has been exactly what I expected.
