I was a member of AAA roadside and always received quick responses and fair prices when I needed towing assistance. To make a long story short I was involved in an accident and Randall's Towing was called to tow my vehicle. The next day I went to pick my vehicle up from Randall's Towing ABP impound lot and was very upset when the fees they asked me to pay were extremely high and unreasonable. My car was towed about two miles to their facility and they charged me $632. Their reason for this rediculous amount could not be answered. It's not like my car was in 10 different pieces so they didn't have to tow it 10 different times. To sum up my experience with Randall's Towing ABP I would not recommend using them unless you like the thought of being violated and treated with disrespect from filthy, unprofessional, inbred con-artists.
