We were very disappointed in the attitude and people skills of this store. We were just in today, and they offered us $950 LESS than what we got in cash from their competitors. This was our ""1st and last"" time there. If someone ""is not familiar"" with gold prices or diamond pricing, this store will ""rob you"". Word of ""mouth "" can be the ""best or worse"" advertising. Stop wasting your stores profits on ""paid advertising"", and brush up on ""people skills, honesty. ethics."" Best prices on gold, best ""service"", intergrity...go to ABL locations or Saginaw Gold & Diamond Center.
