Review content:
The absolute WORST business etiquette I have ever encountered. They put 2 DIFFERENT colors of carpet in my home. When they came to fix it the second time they still had the wrong color. When they came to fix it the 3rd time, they had NO carpet with them at all! They had to leave to go back and get it. When I originally spoke to the owner RD Williams over the phone he was incredibly RUDE and told me, ""I don't have to fix it, you could take me to court""! They have workers who do not speak English and you would do yourself a real favor by taking your business to a company who truly appreciates and respects their customers!
