We had a terrible experience. We didn't have an appt, but stopped in to speak to them to see about making one. We walked into chaos in the front room and a mess of wedding dresses crammed on a rack behind a couch. The place feels dirty. No one addressed us upon entering, so while we waiting, my sister tried to look through some dresses. Apparently, that finally got someone's attention, at which point, I explained why we had stopped in and the owner/employee said that we needed an appointment, that ""they didn't just want people digging through their dresses (in a condescending tone, if front of other customers!)"" I expressed that my sister was not ""rooting"", simply trying to look at what was crammed in there and the woman went over to the rack and acted like she could actually straighten up that mess. Then asked if we wanted to make an appt, to which we replied NO!\r \r They were rude, the place was dirty, the customer service obviously stunk and I will never set foot in there again or recommend this experience to anyone!
