As Teriyaki joints go, you'd be hard pressed to beat Mashita Teriyaki in Tualatin, OR. It's located just off Boones Ferry Road in a small shack of a place with some outdoor seating. The couple that run Mashita III make it a point to know their customers by name, a practice that always scores points with me. \r
The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. You won't leave hungry, I promise. The daily special usually involves a chicken teriyakie dish with veg and rice plus either 3 potstickers or one egg roll all for $4.95. \r
A word of warning, though. This place is totally slammed around lunch time on weekdays. If you need to get your lunch quickly, I reccomend calling ahead or picking it up early.
